  • Payment: Payments for websites or audits must be made in full before access is granted.

  • Refunds: Refunds may be issued at ELAYA discretion and are subject to our contract.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on ELAYA, including templates, courses, logos, and designs, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not claim ownership of unmodified ELAYA materials.

8. Limitation of Liability

ELAYA IS not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

9. Termination

ELAYA reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of ELAYA services.
